Float Equipment

Constructed from high strength aluminum, the high pressure float valve has superior durability compared to conventional cement filled float equipment.

Centralizers
Bow Spring
Bow Spring Centralizers are designed to centralize a casing string within a vertical or slightly deviated well bore.
Turbolizer
Turbolizer Centralizers are similar to Bow Spring Centralizers, with the addition of deflector blades designed to agitate fluid as it passes through the annulus.
Semi-Rigid
Designed to produce lower starting and running forces than Bow Spring Centralizers, the double Bow structure of Semi-Rigid Centralizers also produces a higher restoring force.
Rigid
Rigid Centralizers are used to centralize a casing string in vertical or deviated well bores when concentric casing strings are required.
One Piece
One Piece Bow Spring Centralizers are manufactured from a single piece of high strength tempered steel which provides superior durability and mechanical properties.
Solid Body
Solid Body Centralizers are used to centralize a casing string in highly deviated and lateral wellbore sections, or when high side loads are expected.
Heavy Duty Spiralizer
Heavy Duty Spiralizers are used to centralize a casing string in highly deviated and lateral wellbore sections, or when high side loads are expected.
Low Friction Thermoplastics
Low Friction Thermoplastic Centralizers are injection molded with high strength thermoplastic resin.

Casing Accessories
Reamer Shoes
Reamer shoes are designed to help the casing string move past restrictions in the well bore.
Stop Collars
CCAI offers a wide range of stop collars used to prevent axial movement of centralizers and cement baskets along the casing string.
Wellbore Scratchers
A range of well bore cleaning and conditioning products are available from CCAI. Wire Scratchers and Cable Cleaners are used to remove debris such as drilling fluid and filter cake from the formation walls.
