TripSaver™ Segmented Plug Running Instructions


Notice

The following information is for our CCAI TripSaver™ Segmented Plug and by design, you need to bump and pressure test BEFORE bleeding back to check the Floats.
  • Slow rate to 0.5m3/min 2m3 prior to Plug Bump
  • Bump plug, build 3-5Mpa additional pressure, stop pump
  • Start pump and conduct pressure test
  • Pressure test successful, bleed back and check floats.

Video 1: Slow rate to 0.5m3/min and bump plug to 3-4MPa over circulating pressure.

Video 2: Pressure test prior to checking floats.
